Erste Ausgabe. Mit dem durchsichtigen Cellophan-Umschlag, der mit der schwarzen Spitzen-BH's illustriert ist - klappt man den Umschlag auf, sieht man die nackten Brüste. Abb. eines Eine fast orgiatische Hymne in großformatigen Fotos an die Faszination dicker Brüste. Bis in die siebziger Jahre in den USA. Der kürzerer Text versucht eine Antwort auf die Frage, "wie es geschehen konnte, dass ein ganzes Land auf ein sekundäres Geschlechtsmerkmal, auf jene weiche Masse aus Fett und Drüsengewebe so versessen war" (Vorwort S. 26). The shorter text attempts to answer the question "how it could happen that an entire country was so presumptuous of a secondary sexual characteristic, of that soft mass of fat and glandular tissue" (preface p. 26).
