Original dark blue cloth The amply illustrated original edition, with an introduction and descrptions of 2532 rings. - This copy with a nice old armorial bookplate of the "Metropolitan borough of Islington", title, every plate and several pages with a small stamp to outer margin, officially withdrawn with the stamp, otherwise only minor traces of use, spine skilfully repaired, corners a little bumped, else fine, apart from the small stamps clean inside.
