Erstausgabe. Ausgabe in Latein mit kleineren, deutschsprachigen Textanteilen. Mit gestochenem Portrait des Verfassers als Frontispiz. Hauptwerk des Juristen Philipp Helfrich Krebs (1647-1723). Einband und Schnitt etwas berieben, Lederriemenschließen unfachmännisch entfernt, Pergamentbezug an den Spiegeln abgelöst und mit Randfehlstellen, Frontispiz am oberen und unteren Rand etwas knapp beschnitten und am Außenrand auf das Blockformat eingefaltet, Seiten leicht gebräunt und stellenweise blass stockfleckig. Gutes Exemplar. First edition. Edition in Latin with some smaller parts in German. Vellum binding of the times with handwritten title on spine and with blue edges. With engraved portrait (showing the author) as frontispiece. Magnus opus of the German jurisprudent Philipp Helfrich Krebs (1647-1723). Cover and edges a bit rubbed, leather fastenings cut off, vellum binding a bit loosened from the inside cover and with smaller defects, frontispiece partially a bit narrowly trimmed and outside margin folded in, pages a little darkened and partially lightly foxed. Good copy.
