8°, circa 19,5 x 12,5 cm., XII, 468 pp., with 7 full page engravings on the pages 434-446. Contemporary full calf Self-contained volume IV, the only one illustrated of this selection of four volumes with poems on politics in Britain and on the continent. The first volume came out in 1697 and dealt with Oliver Cromwell. Successive parts moved on to affairs in the later part of the 17th century. Here now with "a Collection of some Satyrical Prints against the French King, Elector of Bavaria, &c. Curiously engraven on Copper-Plates".

Bemerkung:

- Binding rubbed and bumped, hinges cracked, corners damaged. Inside minor browning and just partly some staining with a small stain to the bottom corner to the end, else mostly clean.
