Over the years the Kraus Reprint catalogue has come to be looked upon not only as a sales catalogue but also as a valuable reference tool for librarian and scholar. The same exacting bibliographic standards have been applied in the preparation of this catalogue and we hope that it will become an integral part of library and private reference collections. To facilitate reference a classified subject index is appended. Availability Status The majority of titles listed here are available. These have not been specifically marked. For titles not yet available in whole or in part the projected publication date is indicated in the margin as follows: Sp = Spring; Su = Summer; F = Fall; W = Winter. The number code following this denotes the year, e.g. Sp 78 = Spring 1978. There are several cases of particularly long runs of titles where a number of volumes are temporarily out of stock, but the majority are still immediately available. These have been designated TOS in the catalogue, and will be reprinted at the earliest opportunity, to present librarians with,complete sets. Bibliographical Information and Binding A special effort has been made to include the most complete bibliographical information for each title; special reference has been made when titles are available in the original edition. The listings generally include both clothbound and paperbound sets as well as paperbound single volumes. Single volumes are available clothbound at a surcharge for binding. Please enquire for details. KTO Press In addition to Kraus reprints, the catalogue includes original publications under the imprint KTO Press. Each of these new publications is a significant reference work which has never before been available to the scholar. A separate KTO Press section listing all titles under this imprint is appended. Leaflets giving detailed information on each title are available upon request. Continuations In most cases, volumes published after those announced in reprint are available in the original edition from our antiquarian divisions. Librarians are therefore urged to request quotations for volumes not listed in this catalogue. Consecutive volumes will be reprinted as they go out of print. Monographs in Series We have included in this catalogue only complete set listings of monograph series. In all cases, individual monograph volumes may be purchased singly and itemized price lists are available. Book Catalogues Kraus Reprint has an extensive programme of reprinting individual books and has thus far produced well over 1000 titles.
