The whole decree is just dedicated to the one book by Claude-Adrien Helvetius (here in Portuguese calles Claudio Adriao Elvecio) with the title "Le vrai sens du systeme de la nature". This book is a posthumous summary of the philosophy of Helvetius who had died in 1771 and was considered a materialist who denied the existence of an immortal soul.
