Text niederländ. und engl. - On a mud embankment along the banks of the Unir River, the inhabitants of Ti stand watching the long-awaited visitors. Three Papuans from a remote village, in the company of their alibi for coming here, two white men whom they're accompanying on their journey by motorised dugout canoe. Half the village has turned out to witness the event. A ribbon of dozens of people, from babies to the elderly. Most are young, much younger than thirty. There's probably no one older than sixty-five.
