Contemporary blindstamped cloth with gilt title Curious and very decorative album with 22 coloured plates showing a map with the train journey from Paris to Versailles, the train station (embarcadére), Courbevoie, St. Cloud, Suresnes, Sèvres, Ville d Avray, several views of the castle and parks in Versailles. At the beginning there is a nice caricature showing how a train goes swiftly over a bridge while the general traffic is stuck in a terrible chaos and holdup.
