Grenz- und flächenkolorierte Kupferstichkarte von Europa. Sie zeigt den gesamten Kontinent, sowie (weniger detailliert) die Nordküste Afrikas mit den wichtigsten Häfen. Oben links befindet sich die Titelkartusche, unten links befinden sich die Maßstäbe in geographischen und englischen Meilen, Seemeilen, Lieues und Werste. Die Karte war in der Mitte am unteren Rand zur Hälfte und am oberen Rand leicht eingerissen. Die Schäden wurden durch fachgerechtes Hinterlegen gut behoben, sichtbar bleiben sie dennoch. It shows the whole continent and, in less details, the northern coastline of Africa with its most important harbours. The lower half of the map was torn apart in the middle, as well as a few centimeters at the top, but both taped with great care, though remaining visible.
